Completion of a Professional Growth Plan: Staff that has their first observation scheduled after September (Observation Schedule) will have to meet in September to review their professional growth plan. Staff that has observations scheduled in September will review them during their pre-conference meeting.
Pre-Conference prior to the formal observation-invitations will be sent prior to the observation for these meetings
Formal observation of at least 30 minutes-announced & planned (minimum of two)
Walkthroughs: informal observations less than 30 minutes, occur frequently, unannounced
Post-Conference after the formal observations
